One team. Five specialties. A complete clinical ecosystem behind every evaluation.

Brain Fit, LLC is a multi-specialty provider network and federal evaluation contractor headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Co-owned by two licensed clinical psychologists with 10+ years of federal-grade disability evaluation experience, the firm credentials, coordinates, and manages a multi-disciplinary licensed provider network — handling the administrative, credentialing, and coordination work so our team members can focus entirely on the clinical evaluation.

The Brain Fit Team operates within an integrated clinical ecosystem that includes Trinity Tree, LLC (a multi-PsyD outpatient evaluation and training practice) and Desert Recovery Centers (a Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited residential and step-down treatment system). When you join Brain Fit, you become part of a clinical infrastructure that is substantially larger and more accountable than a typical evaluation network.
